Frostline was established over a quarter of a century ago. It was acquired by me back in 2003. My corporate background in distribution, operations, sales and marketing have assisted me in my role as managing director along with my studies in Economics.

I enjoy the variety of the role especially the people and account management aspects. We are blessed with dedicated and highly trustworthy staff who, on a daily basis, live out our charter of being an ethical and fair organization. It mirrors that of many of our customers too.

Outside of work, my school aged kids are involved in footy, basketball and other sports and I like to be part of those where I can. When I have time, I gravitate to the coast and occasionally still undertake patrolling duties at a surf life-saving club that I have been a active member of for some 30 years.

I’m Nerissa, and I’ve been working in Sales since 1997. I’ve had experience in the Refrigeration industry at Frostline for (20 years) and in a variety of roles. I’ve managed call centres, provided support, and developed a well-rounded set of skills. I’ve had responsibility for processing well over 100 Million dollars in sales.

My experience has included managing national distribution for Hoshizaki, Frostline and other Ice Machines. I feel that I’ve been instrumental in Frostline’s brand moving up to be a top 5 Ice Machine Brands in Australia.

When not at work, Nerissa enjoys holidaying  with her two young children and husband.  She also loves.

I’m an experienced Refrigeration expert, with 44 years of total experience in the industry and 25 years with Frostline. Away from work, I’m a Family Man, I love my kids and Grandkids. My other interests include, music, sports and more. I love supporting the mighty Tigers (YELLOW & BLACK) on a Saturday afternoon at the MCG.

I’m delighted to be able to offer you the benefits of my 20+ years of experience in the Refrigeration industry.

I’m the go-to guy for assistance, support and technical knowledge on your Ice Machines and other Refrigeration needs.

My interests include my lovely family, watching a bit of great sport, and keeping up with the latest trends in music and on TV.
